Dispatch

Orders placed Monday to Thursday are dispatched within two business day. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real time. You should receive your order between 2-5 business days if using standard delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Zavani is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

To avoid delays or lost packages, please double-check your address carefully before confirming your order.

After Shipment

We recommend monitoring your parcel using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.

Local Pick-Up

Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive an email with pick-up instructions and the collection address. Most orders are available for pick-up within 24 hours.
