Zavani Returns & Refund Policy

At Zavani, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality tools and supplies for certified hair extension professionals. Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law and will provide a replacement or refund only if a product has a major manufacturing fault or arrives damaged in transit.

If you believe your item is faulty, please follow the steps below.

1. How to Lodge a Faulty Product Claim

Please email us at info@zavaniaustralia.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  1. Your full name

  2. Your order number

  3. A detailed description of the issue

  4. Clear photos or videos showing the fault

2. Return Approval

If your claim is approved, we will send you:

  • A Return Authorisation Number (RAN)

  • Return instructions

  • The return address (listed below)

Do not return items before approval, as unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Our team will assess your claim within 2–4 business days and advise the next steps.

4. Return Shipping Costs 

Customers are responsible for return postage.
If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, Zavani will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Customers must package the item safely for return.

5. Processing Timeframes

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Inspection takes 3–5 business days

  • If approved, refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Replacements are shipped once the faulty item is confirmed.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Colour differences or preferences

  • Perceived performance or results

  • Tool or accessory compatibility issues

  • Professional outcomes (e.g., hair damage, scalp damage, slippage, etc.)

  • General wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse, improper care, or long-term use

  • Items returned without authorisation

7. Colour Disclaimer

Colours may appear differently in person due to screen brightness, lighting, and manufacturing or batch variations. These differences are normal and do not qualify as faults or grounds for return, refund, or exchange.

Zavani tools and supplies are designed for trained and certified hair extension technicians. By purchasing, you confirm that you have the required professional skills to use the products safely.

9. Tool Usage & Wear

Our tools are made for professional use; however, Zavani is not responsible for wear, breakage, or damage caused by:

  • Long-term use

  • Incorrect use

  • Mishandling

  • Improper storage

  • Lack of maintenance
